A very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Therapy
Reduces the level of stress imposed on the body by chronically shortened muscles and works towards balancing the musculoskeletal system.
Clinical Massage
A combination of Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Range of Motion, and Stretching used to treat specific conditions, chronic pain or injuries that include, but not limited to, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, tennis elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome.
